Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Technical Web & App Analyst to own and improve the analytics foundation for web and mobile apps. You will work within the Digital & Customer Insights team to translate business objectives into measurement plans, data layers and implementation specs.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data and Privacy to ensure reliable, privacy-conscious data and govern data across GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Technical Web Analytics, App Analytics or a comparable digital measurement role.
• GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, OneTrust and BigQuery experience including analytics implementation, debugging and validation.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, APIs, SQL, JSON and data layer implementations.
• Understanding of event-driven tracking across SPAs, headless commerce, mobile apps and server-side tagging.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and discuss implementation with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define GA4 measurement plans, event taxonomies, conversion logic, parameter conventions and data layer schemas for web and mobile journeys.
• Translate requirements into technical tracking specs for SPAs, headless platforms, native apps and client/server implementations.
• Validate releases by inspecting data layer pushes, network requests, API payloads, consent states and data availability in GA4, Firebase and BigQuery.
• Configure and govern measurement across GTM (client-side and server-side), Firebase, Appsflyer and OneTrust, including attribution data and data sharing.
• Troubleshoot data-quality issues across browsers, devices and environments, perform root-cause analysis and maintain governance documents.
