Job summary

Rituals Group is expanding its Digital & Customer Insights team to shape analytics for web and mobile. You will own GA4 measurement plans, data layer schemas and event taxonomies, working with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data and Privacy to embed analytics in the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in technical web analytics or app analytics.
• Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, OneTrust and BigQuery.
• Able to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and discuss implementation details with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define GA4 measurement plans, event taxonomies, and data layer schemas for web and mobile journeys.
• Translate functional requirements into technical tracking specifications for SPAs, headless commerce, and native apps.
• Validate releases by inspecting data layer pushes, network requests, API payloads, and consent states.
• Configure and govern measurement across GTM, Firebase, Appsflyer, and OneTrust.
• Troubleshoot data-quality issues across browsers and devices; document QA procedures and governance.
