Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Technical Web & App Analyst to own and evolve the analytics foundation across web and mobile apps. You will translate business goals into GA4 measurement plans, define event taxonomies, data layer schemas, and implementation-ready tracking specs.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data, and Privacy to embed analytics throughout the product lifecycle. As the digital architecture moves toward Headless Commerce and SPA approaches, you will ensure

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Technical Web Analytics or digital measurement.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Appsflyer, OneTrust and BigQuery.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, APIs, SQL, JSON, and data layer implementations.
• Understanding event-driven tracking for SPAs and server-side analytics with privacy focus.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specs and discuss with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define GA4 measurement plans, event taxonomies, and data layer schemas for web and mobile.
• Translate requirements into tracking specs for SPA, headless commerce, and native apps.
• Validate releases by inspecting data layer, network calls, payloads, and consent states.
• Configure measurement across GTM, Firebase, Appsflyer, and OneTrust including attribution data.
• Troubleshoot data-quality issues and maintain governance and QA documentation.
