Rituals in Amsterdam seeks a Tech Lead - Data & Analytical Engineering to shape scalable data products and guide our Enterprise Data Platform adoption. You will lead an engineering team, mentor colleagues, and partner with Product Owners to align priorities and drive platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data and analytical engineering end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in GCP technologies (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GCS).
• Fluent business English and comfortable working from Amsterdam office.
• Influential leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, build, and rollout of scalable data products for value stream teams on the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Define and evolve architectural patterns for data and analytical solutions, including batch vs event-driven approaches.
• Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, deployment, observability, security, and documentation standards.
• Mentor data engineers and external partners to align with ways of working.
• Partner with Product Owners and business sponsors to align priorities and support platform adoption.
• Elevate legacy data pipelines to current engineering, governance, and quality standards.
