Fund Accounting Manager: NAV & Financials for PE Funds

Job summary

IQ-EQ in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Accounting Manager to lead a team responsible for processing accounting information from booking to NAV and regulatory reporting for Private Equity and Retail Funds.

You will ensure outputs meet SLAs, interact with fund managers and clients, and oversee NAV calculations with attention to governance and compliance. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience within a fund accounting team.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong understanding of Private Equity and Retail Fund structures.
• Hands-on experience with Private Equity and Retail Fund Administration systems.
• Proficiency in Dutch GAAP; IFRS knowledge advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the accounting team in line with internal and external SLA timeframes.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to support fund operations.
• Review fund governing documents with staff and clients.
• Oversee completion of accounting activities and NAV calculations for Private Equity and Retail Funds.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects alongside core responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a larger global team for outsourced activities.
