Job summary

Zedra is seeking a Fund Accountant to provide accurate NAV calculations, financial reporting, and reconciliations for a diverse portfolio of investment funds.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of fund administration experience, be fluent in English, and be proficient in Excel, with a strong eye for detail.

You will work closely with fund managers and international clients, support audit processes, and assist with ad hoc reporting and tax-related disclosures as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics; 1–3 years of working experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and general computer literacy; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Compute daily, weekly and monthly NAVs.
• Review and interpret fund documentation.
• Reconcile bank and broker statements.
• Price funds according to documents and policies.
• Calculate fees and expenses; coordinate payments.
• Assist with audit readiness and liaise with auditors.
• Coordinate with fund managers on reporting requirements.
• Understand tax reporting needs (K-1; PFIC statements).
• Produce internal management reports; assist ad hoc requests.
• Understand fund fee methodologies; retrieve data from systems.
