Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Financial Manager to lead a team of financial professionals supporting client portfolios across Dutch and international clients. You will supervise Junior/Medior/Senior Financials and coordinate with the Client Director to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, tax filings, and cash management.

You bring HBO level education or higher, 5–8 years in financial services, strong knowledge of Dutch law, IFRS familiarity, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• HBO level or university degree and knowledge of Dutch law and tax/financial legislation.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in financial services with client responsibility.
• Strong English communication and ability to present to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolio together with Junior, Medior and Senior Financials.
• Lead and coach the team, plan activities with the Client Director.
• Act as back-up for Client Director on team matters.
• Ensure compliance with supervisory laws and internal procedures.
• Contribute to commercial activities with Client Directors.
