Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-oriented job.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible in working different shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift and support team during the shift.
• Handle financial transactions, ensure cashier accuracy and compliance.
• Approve upsells and monitor guest interactions.
• Oversee stock levels and inventory control.
• Provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards and policies.
• Schedule and cover shifts as needed.
• Onboard new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead by example to drive guest satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training.
• Drive team ownership in complaint handling.
• Maintain internal communications and briefings.
