Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. seeks a Front Office Supervisor for Moxy & Residence Inn Houthavens Amsterdam, part of Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Lead front desk operations, mentor staff and ensure top guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will develop a capable team, coordinate reservations, and maintain service standards across the front desk and breakfast areas. Strong growth opportunities and Marriott brand exposure await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front office desk experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiarity with Opera is preferred.
• Flexible to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, assign work, and set goals.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to the team.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
• Develop the team to deliver hospitality aligned with brand standards.
• Engage with guests to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Support other departments and ensure smooth hotel operations from the guest's perspective.
• Familiarize with Opera and other systems; perform other duties as assigned.
