Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our Hotels team near Schiphol. You’ll supervise daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs and exceptional guest service across shifts.

Lead the front office team, design schedules, provide training and in-the-moment feedback, and manage guest issues. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus, and a valid NL residence/work permit is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in 4-5 star hotel environments, Front Office preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a similar role is required.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is an advantage.
• Must have a valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office team and ensure smooth check-ins/outs and guest service.
• Lead day-to-day team operations, schedule creation, trainings, and feedback.
• Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues with team support.
• Manage lobby flow and real-time coverage adjustments.
• Lead department projects and ad-hoc assignments.
