Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in 4-5 star hotel front office or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Reception operations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
• Support Team Members in handling guest requests and inquiries.
• Drive upsell opportunities and promote hotel services.
• Brief and train staff on events and VIP guests for the day.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, service, and teamwork.
• Follow Hilton brand standards and use front office systems.
