Job summary

LEONARDO HOTEL UTRECHT CITY CENTER is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee Front Office activities, ensure smooth check-ins/outs, and provide guests with exceptional service. You will lead and coach the team, handle scheduling, and maintain excellent guest communications.

You should be fluent in English and/or Dutch, flexible to morning/evening/night shifts, and able to contribute ideas to improve daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum a relevant MBO qualification.
• 1 year Front Office experience in a similar role preferred.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, guest information, and guest relations.
• Coach and motivate the team; assist with staff scheduling and communications.
• Identify improvement ideas to enhance daily operations and guest experiences.
