Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Utrecht City Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Front Office and ensure guests enjoy a smooth check-in and check-out. You will coach the team, handle staff scheduling, and contribute ideas to daily operations.

Fluent in English and/or Dutch, you combine proactive, creative teamwork with reliability to deliver the high service standard our guests expect. Morning, evening, or night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant vocational (MBO) qualification.
• At least 1 year of Front Office experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
• Flexibility to work morning, evening, or night shifts.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a definite advantage.

In addition, you motivate and coach the team with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone is ready to deliver the level of service our guests expect. The Operations Manager can always rely on your support. You assist with staff scheduling, guest and colleague communications, and actively contribute ideas to improve daily operations. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing remains the same: you deliver quality service and use your creativity to surprise guests, exceed expectations, and create memorable experiences.

Our hotel is located in the best possible spot in Utrecht! Right across from Hoog Catharijne, just 300 metres from Central Station, and directly next to the Oudegracht. Job Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have completed a relevant vocational (MBO) qualification and have at least 1 year of Front Office experience in a similar role.
• You are proactive, creative, and a natural team player.
• You enjoy working hard and take responsibility whenever needed.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and/or Dutch.
• You are flexible and available to work morning, evening, or night shifts.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a definite advantage.
