Job summary

The Manor Amsterdam, part of Leonardo Hotels Benelux, is hiring an Operations Supervisor responsible for the Front Office, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, and delivering a warm, guest-focused experience. You will lead and coach the team, assist with staff scheduling, handle guest communications, and contribute ideas to daily operations, while thriving on creating memorable stays.

Fluency in English and/or Dutch, plus a year of Front Office experience and familiarity with Opera Cloud,

Qualifications

• One year of Front Office experience in a similar role.
• Proactive, creative, and a natural team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and/or Dutch.
• Able to work morning, evening, or night shifts.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Provide guests with information and maintain a welcoming attitude.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with staff scheduling and internal communications.
• Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and guest experiences.
