Job summary

NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst in Noordwijkerhout, NL is offering a Front Office Intern position. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs after a structured training period, and support essential Front Office tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

You will develop skills in guest communication, upselling, and handling feedback with professionalism. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Available to start in July/August for a minimum period of five months.
• Approachable and energetic when working with international guests.
• Accurate and flexible in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs after training.
• Assist with essential Front Office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with guests, answer questions and provide recommendations; upsell where appropriate.
