Job summary

Hotel Nassau Breda Autograph Collection, part of the Odyssey Hotel Group, invites you to join as a Front Office Intern. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and contribute to a warm, guest-centered experience in a historic central Breda location.

You’ll work with the Front Office Team to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and look for ways to personally connect with guests, while gaining valuable learning through our internship projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Affinity with hotels and hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• EU/EEA national or enrolled in a Dutch institution; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Handle guest complaints and queries with professionalism.
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques for hotel services.
• Promote hospitality within hotel standards.
