Job summary

Hotel Nassau Breda Autograph Collection is seeking a Front Office Intern in Breda. You will warmly welcome guests, ensure smooth check-in/out, and support the Front Office team while learning our brand standards.

Responsibilities include handling guest questions and complaints, aiding with up-selling, and contributing ideas for personal projects during your internship. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; EU/EEA nationals or students in the Netherlands are eligible.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• EU/EEA national or enrolled in a Dutch institution; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services through up-selling.
• Promote hospitality within hotel standards and brand guidelines.
