Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven offers a Front Office Internship focused on guest service and daily reception operations. You will gain hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and service excellence while building a foundation for a career in hospitality.

As an intern, you will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness, and support front desk tasks in collaboration with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

As a Front Office Intern, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception desk. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and service excellence while building a strong foundation for a successful career in hospitality.

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business, or related study programme
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Eager to learn and develop within an international hotel environment
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Organised with attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with guests from different cultures and backgrounds
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or retail experience is an advantage
• Dutch or any additional language is an advantage
