As a Front Office Host(ess) Intern (with F&B exposure), you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. While your main focus will be at the Front Office, you will also gain valuable exposure within our Food & Beverage outlets, allowing you to develop a well‑rounded understanding of hotel operations. The internship starts in February 2027 and offers a full‑time learning experience aligned with your study requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery.
• Support the guest journey, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written and face‑to‑face communication.
• Assist with reservations, payments and front office administrative tasks.
• Gain hands‑on experience within Food & Beverage operations, supporting service where needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in both Front Office and F&B areas in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop across departments.
• Guest‑focused mindset with a positive and professional approach.
• Enjoys working in a team and adapting to different operational environments.
• Available for an internship of at least 5‑6 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Interest in both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Additional language skills (Dutch or any other language) are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and develop operational knowledge across departments.
