Conscious Hotels Vondelpark zoekt een Front Office Host voor een parttime, on-call functie. Je verwelkomt gasten, ondersteunt bij self check-in en biedt uitstekende service op een van de leukste locaties in Amsterdam.

Als barista combineer je hospitality met koffie-ervaring en verkoop je duurzame extras zoals fietsverhuur. Je werkt flexibel, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen, met Engelse vaardigheid als basis.

Qualifications

• Part-time job op oproepbasis (zero-hours contract)
• Front office host en barista multitasking
• Gastvrijheid zit in je DNA – servicegericht
• Ervaring in (internationale) hotels is een plus

Responsibilities

• Check-in gasten en ondersteunen bij self check-in
• Geef Amsterdam-tips en verkoop fietsenverhuur of duurzame goodies
• Maak koffie of thee en zorg dat gasten met een glimlach vertrekken
• Werk zelfstandig en ga flexibel om met vroege/late diensten

Vondelpark is looking for a Front Office Host (part-time job on a zero-hours contract).

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

Job requirements and personal qualities:

• You are looking for a fun part-time job on an on-call basis (zero-hours contract);
• Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;
• Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;
• Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;
• Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;
• You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a nice bonus;
• You live in Amsterdam;
• You are a team player but also work well independently;
• Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
