Job summary

Conscious Hotels Vondelpark zoekt een Front Office Host voor parttime inzet. Je verwelkomt gasten, registreert self-check-in, geeft ultieme Amsterdamtips en verkoopt fietsen en duurzame goodies. Ook melk opschuimen voor cappuccino hoort erbij.

Je werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband, gaat om met late check-ins en een gezellige bar setting. Word onderdeel van een leuk team in een van de leukste hotspots van Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend Engels is vereist.
• Ervaring in (internationale) hotels of hospitality is een pré.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekends en feestdagen.

Responsibilities

• Inchecken van gasten en ondersteuning bij self check-in.
• Koffie/thee bereiden en service verlenen aan gasten.
• Verkopen van fietsen en duurzame producten aan gasten.

Vondelpark is looking for a Front Office Host (parttime).

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

Job requirements and personal qualities:

• You are looking for a nice parttime job;

• Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;

• Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;

• Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;

• Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;

• You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a nice bonus;

• You live in Amsterdam;

• You are a team player but also work well independently;

• Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
