Job description

Become the shining face of Conscious Hotels The Tire Station: check in guests, give tips, serve coffee, and make every stay unforgettable!

We are Conscious Group! Conscious Group consists of nine hotel, four Hotel V locations and five Conscious Hotels locations, and three restaurants. Here, hospitality, design, and sustainability come together. Conscious Hotels focuses on sustainability down to the smallest detail, without compromising on comfort. While Hotel V is known for its stylish, characterful, and authentically Amsterdam vibe. Within Conscious Group, all locations work together as one team, driven by our FOCAL values: Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition, and Love. And now, Conscious Hotels

The Tire Station is looking for a Front Office Host (fulltime).

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn't the only place you shine - you also froth milk like a pro.

You work independently, stay on top of things, and handle whatever comes your way - from late check-ins to a friendly chat at the bar. Ready to spend your days at one of the most fun spots in Amsterdam? Join the team at Conscious Hotels The Tire Station!

Job requirements and personal qualities:

• You are looking for a nice fulltime job;

• Front office host and barista in one - now that's multitasking with a smile;

• Hospitality is in your DNA - you can sense exactly what a guest needs;

• Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry - to provide the best service for our guests;

• Flexible availability - Including weekends and holidays;

• You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that's a nice bonus;

• You live in Amsterdam;

• You are a team player but also work well independently;

• Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.

Join the Fun & Perks:

• We offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale 4;

• A review bonus based on the feedback our guests leave;

• Extra Alleo budget: €300 per year (based on full-time) to spend on whatever makes you happy - gym, bike, food delivery... go wild!

• Legendary vibes: epic parties and drinks - work hard, have fun!

• Friends & family perks: discounts at our hotels and restaurants;

• Relax: 25% off massages in Amsterdam (because self-care = key);

• Free overnight stay: experience our hotel as a guest - bring your crush, your bestie, or even your mom

• Learn, Grow & Shine: free access to our Conscious Academy, packed with inspiring online trainings to help you keep growing - both at work and beyond.
