Conscious Hotels Vondelpark is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests, manage check-in, and contribute to a warm Amsterdam vibe. You will deliver friendly service at the front desk, work with the self check-in setup, and help guests discover local tips and experiences.

The role combines barista duties with guest interaction, offering a dynamic daily routine in a lively hotel environment. Experience in hospitality and weekend availability is preferred.

• Dutch language skills are a plus.

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

Job requirements and personal qualities:

• You are looking for a nice fulltime job;


• Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;


• Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;


• Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;


• Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;


• You speak fluent English. If you also speak Dutch, that’s a nice bonus;


• You live in Amsterdam;


• You are a team player but also work well independently;


• Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
