Qualifications

• Front Office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Able to work night shifts.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest requests and provide personalised service throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
