Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport invites a Front Office Host(ess) to welcome guests, handle check-ins and requests, and ensure smooth Front Office operations. You will maintain courtesy, accuracy, and hospitality across day and night shifts, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

This 0-hour contract offers flexible hours and includes night allowances, travel discounts, and a pension plan. English fluency is required; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest requests and provide personalised service.
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office admin.
• Work night shifts to ensure overnight safety and service.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Uphold hotel standards, procedures, and safety.
