Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Night Front Office Host(ess) to provide a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for guests during the overnight hours. This full-time role focuses on independent operation, ownership, and delivering exceptional service while others sleep.

The role involves night audit procedures, handling reservations and billing, and ensuring security and smooth front office administration. English proficiency and eligibility to work in the Netherlands are required.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Guest-focused mindset with hospitality flair.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic numerical and administrative skills.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out during overnight hours.
• Serve as main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial/operational reports.
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately.
• Monitor security procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations.
