Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport zoekt een Night Front Office Host(ess) voor de nacht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een veilige, soepele check-in/out tijdens de nachturen.

Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, met als doel een uitstekende gastbeleving terwijl anderen slapen. Vereisten: Engels, nachtwerk, klantgericht en nauwkeurig.

• Kennis van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Beschikbaar voor permanente nachtdiensten, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.
• Gastgerichte instelling en hospitality-gevoel.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en onder druk kalm te blijven.
• Zorgvuldig en goed georganiseerde werkhouding.
• Basis numerieke en administratieve vaardigheden.
• Geschikt om in Nederland te werken.

Responsibilities

• Gasten verwelkomen en zorgen voor een soepele check-in/out tijdens nachturen.
• Gasten gedurende de nacht als aanspreekpunt dienen.
• Beantwoorden van gastenverzoeken en problemen professioneel afhandelen.
• Night audit procedures uitvoeren en rapportages opstellen.
• Reserveringen, facturering en Front Office-administratie beheren.
• Toezicht houden op hotelveiligheid en een veilige omgeving waarborgen.
• Reageren op gasten via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijk contact.
• Communicatie met gasten en collega's in alle afdelingen verzorgen.
• Vnale hotelstandaarden en veiligheidsvoorschriften naleven.
• Ondersteunen van early departures, late arrivals en nachtelijke operaties.

As a Night Front Office Host(ess) you are responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the main point of contact throughout the night, ensuring smooth Front Office Operations. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working night shifts, thrives in an independent working environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while others sleep.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately
• Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Basic numerical and administrative skills
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Experience handling cash, billing, and reconciliation procedures
• Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage

Salary

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO Scale V, with a monthly salary starting from €2,505.04 gross per month, based on a full-time employment contract and depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable night shift allowances.
