Job summary

Een hotel bij Schiphol zoekt een Front Office Host(ess) om gasten verwelkomen en verzorgen. Je werkt vooral in de avonden en nachten en moet uitstekend kunnen communiceren in het Engels. Er is geen minimale opleidingsvereiste, maar flexibiliteit en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden zijn belangrijk. Wij bieden een parttime contract met verschillende voordelen, waaronder een verjaardag bonus en concurrerend salaris.

Overview

Front Office Host(ess) - Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is ten minutes from Schiphol Airport and 25 minutes from the city centre. It features 342 guestrooms and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. Additional facilities include a brasserie, bar and lounge. As Front Office Host(ess) you are the first and last person our guests see; it all starts with your smile. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create a bold impression each and every time. We are offering a 0-hour contract. Please note that this position will involve mainly evening shifts (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and night shifts (from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Are flexible to work mainly PM and night shifts (sometimes mornings), during the week and/or weekends
Handle requests and check-ins properly with care, patience and a smile is your top priority
Have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to connect with others
Exceed guests' expectations and promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and team members
Can communicate in English is no problem for you
