As a Night Front Office Host(ess), you are the face of the hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and secure operation while delivering warm, attentive service to our guests. You will manage late arrivals, early departures, and overnight guest requests, while maintaining a calm, organised front desk environment. The position offers a minimum of 15 hours per week, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility or a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth overnight operation of the Front Office, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and all guest requests during the night shift
• Handle administrative tasks such as night auditing, reporting, and system updates accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries across phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service
• Monitor hotel security and safety procedures in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare for the next day's operations

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and remain calm during night shifts
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Responsible and proactive mindset with a focus on guest experience
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office or night audit roles
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Basic accounting or reporting experience is an advantage
• Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage
• Knowledge of Eindhoven or willingness to develop local expertise

Pay & Allowances

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO scale (Schaal V), starting from €2,505.41 gross per month (full‑time equivalent), pro rata based on your contracted hours, plus potential tips and applicable night allowances.
