Job summary

StudentJob is excited to offer an internship as a Front Office Host(ess) at Park Plaza Utrecht. This role provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in hotel operations while focusing on creating memorable guest experiences. You'll gain valuable exposure in both Front Office and Food & Beverage.

The internship begins in February 2027 and includes an allowance of €550 gross per month. This is a full-time opportunity that offers significant learning and development potential in a beautiful location.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop across departments.
• Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach.
• Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Support guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
• Assist with reservations, payments, and front office tasks.
• Gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain a professional environment in Front Office and F&B areas.
