Job summary

nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Receptionist for full-time operations in Rotterdam. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, handle calls and emails, and support daily front office activities in a vibrant, art-inspired hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Reception or hotel experience for at least 6 months.
• Energetic, solution-oriented, and loves working with people.
• Hospitality mindset and love for different cultures.
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm during busy moments.
• Experience and relevant education are useful but not essential.
• Open to variety and alternating shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Interested in computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the reception desk.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures and guest requests.
• Communicate arrivals and special details to Desk Manager and other departments.
• Answer phone calls and emails during shifts and manage the morning rush.
• Prepare handover for the evening shift and tally cash at end of shift.
