nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Front Office Intern to join our vibrant design hotel team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out after training, and handle a variety of front desk tasks to ensure a memorable stay.

Currently studying hotel, hospitality, travel & tourism, this internship is a mandatory part of your course. You will work with international guests and benefit from staff discounts and development opportunities within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

Qualifications

• Currently studying hotel, hospitality, travel & tourism; internship is mandatory for your course.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English and friendly, approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Be the memory-maker by creating elevated stay experiences and welcoming guests with a smile.
• After training, handle check-in/check-out and perform front office administrative tasks.
• Learn upselling and handling guest inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction.
