Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Receptionist for nhow Rotterdam. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with the Desk Manager to ensure smooth front desk operations. The role is full-time with rotating shifts and a focus on hospitality service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of reception or front desk hotel experience.
• Energetic, solution-focused and people-oriented.
• Hospitality mindset with cultural appreciation.
• Ability to prioritize and stay calm in busy moments.
• Relevant education is a plus but not essential.
• Willingness to work alternating shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Interest in computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/out and arrivals.
• Record special guest details for the Desk Manager.
• Handle phone calls and emails during the morning rush.
• Prepare handover for the evening shift and count the cash register.
• Support concierge tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations.
