Job summary

INNSiDE Front Office Agent at Meliá Hotels International will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly and handling check-in/check-out while ensuring a seamless and personalized stay. You will promote services, manage inquiries, and deliver exceptional service with energy and a genuine hospitality mindset.

Ideal candidates are passionate and energetic, with experience handling guest reviews and ideally familiar with Opera Cloud PMS; Melia International experience is a plus

• Experience handling guest reviews.
• Energetic, passionate and guest-focused.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is a plus.
