Job summary

Amsterdam Lake Hotel is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front Desk Agent die verantwoordelijk is voor het verwelkomen en inchecken van hotelgasten. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verwelkomen, inchecken en uitchecken van hotelgasten.
• Optimaliseren van de gastervaring.
• Omgaan met en oplossen van uitdagingen van hotelgasten.

What do we do?

The work of our department is very diverse, everyday is different. Within your role as a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include the safety and experience of our hotel guests. The work includes:

• Welcoming, checking in and checking out our hotel guests
• Optimising the guest experience and ensuring they have an unforgettable time
• Dealing with and resolving hotel guests' challenges and inconveniences
• Various administrative duties
• F&B work
• Keeping guests informed of fun events in the area

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following skills and attributes:

• You have good communication skills in Dutch and English
• You have experience with a hotel reservation system, preferably MEWS
• You have previous working experience in a hotel
• You have a hospitable attitude
• You are flexible and enjoy working different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• You are independent
