Job summary

Orbisk is seeking a French-speaking Account Executive to own new business across France. You will build your own pipeline, progress opportunities beyond the first meeting, and lead full sales cycles from discovery to rollout in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will engage chefs, F&B directors, sustainability and finance teams to build compelling business cases, drive pilots to multi-site implementations, and travel regularly across France as needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level French and fluent English.
• 3+ years of experience closing B2B new business.
• Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own new business across France, focusing on hotel groups, contract caterers and multi-site operators.
• Build your own pipeline and move opportunities forward without waiting for meetings.
• Run the full sales cycle from discovery and business case through pilot, negotiation and rollout.
• Understand customer kitchen operations and where waste happens to build compelling business cases.
• Build relationships across organisations including finance, sustainability, procurement and leadership.
• Turn pilots into multi-site rollouts and drive deal momentum to a decision.
