Orbisk, a climate-tech scale-up, is seeking an Account Executive to own new business in France from Amsterdam. Build pipeline, manage the full sales cycle and close multi-site deals with hotel groups and contract caterers.

You will engage chefs, F&B directors, sustainability and finance teams, crafting compelling business cases and payback analyses to win buy-in. Expect regular travel across France while working in a primarily English environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience closing B2B new business.
• Native-level French and fluent English.
• Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to build your own pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads or BDRs.
• QuotA attainment and deals you’re proud of winning.

Responsibilities

• Own new business across France, focusing on hotel groups, contract caterers and multi-site operators.
• Build your own pipeline; your BDR will help, but you won’t wait for meetings.
• Run the full sales cycle from discovery and business case through pilot, negotiation and rollout.
• Understand customer kitchen operations and where waste happens and why.
• Build relationships across chefs, operators, finance, sustainability, procurement and leadership.
• Turn pilots into compelling business cases for multi-site rollouts.
• Maintain an honest pipeline and forecast; contribute to market feedback.
