MR MARVIS is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist at our Amsterdam HQ to deliver premium, thoughtful service that turns everyday interactions into memorable brand experiences.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone, chat and social media, act as the voice of the French customer, and elevate pre- and post-purchase touchpoints while contributing to a warm, international team in a fast-growing scale-up.

• Highly proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
• Clear, thoughtful communication with empathy and problem-solving ability.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium support across email, phone, chat and social media.
• Act as the voice of the French customer and identify trends to improve the journey.
• Elevate pre- and post-purchase touchpoints to make the experience unforgettable.
• Proactively surprise customers with personalized gestures and small gifts.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including returns and respond to online reviews.
• Track performance metrics and share feedback with the business.
