Job summary

Fastned is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to act as a strategic partner across Europe. Reporting to the Director FP&A, you will analyze complex data, build financial models, and provide actionable advice to directors and the board to sustain ambitious growth.

You’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-department collaboration while driving scalable finance processes and IFRS reporting in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar FP&A/finance role.
• Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Clear communicator with board-level influence.
• Master tool-maker building scalable solutions from scratch.
• Comfort with large, complex datasets and turning them into decision-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Be a Strategic Partner: analyze KPIs and dashboards; provide expert advice to hit goals.
• Forecast the Future: build three-statement models and scenario analyses.
• Own the Budget: track opex and capex across Europe; benchmark performance.
• Scale for Growth: identify opportunities to improve financial performance and scalability.
• Collaborate Across Borders: work on cross-functional projects in a high-growth international environment.
• Support Group Reporting: contribute to IFRS reports and engage with the Audit Committee.
• Finance Domain Expertise: knowledge of accounting, tax, and treasury is valued.
