Job summary

Finatal is seeking an FP&A Manager in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) to partner with the CFO and lead performance analysis, forecasting and KPI development across international markets. You will work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives and financial strategy.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation, and the use of AI to optimise finance processes, with hybrid work in Amsterdam and collaboration across software groups backed by private equity.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in FP&A or related roles.
• Strong forecasting experience.
• Fluent English; Netherlands-based with work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance analysis to identify profitability and efficiency opportunities.
• Strengthen forecasts, challenge assumptions and build scenario analyses.
• Develop clear KPIs and reporting across businesses and markets.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to translate insights into action.
• Support CFO on M&A analysis and strategic initiatives.
