Fastned UK Limited is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to act as a strategic partner across Europe, transforming data into actionable guidance for Directors and the Supervisory Board. You will develop robust financial models, drive budgeting, and support high-stakes investment decisions in a fast-growing, international context.

Fastned is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. Since 2012, we have been building and operating a rapidly growing network of iconic fast-charging stations across Europe powered entirely by solar and wind energy. We now operate over 400 stations across nine countries, with an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 stations by 2030. We are not building infrastructure for its own sake. Every station we open is a tangible step in the transition away from fossil fuels.
The Role As our F P&A Business Partner , you aren't just crunching numbers, you're a strategic partner supporting and guiding business performance growth. Reporting to the Director FP&A, you'll dive into complex data and turn it into the clear, actionable advice our Directors and (Supervisory) Board need to keep Fastned on track. You'll use your financial expertise to support our teams across Europe, building strong relationships across different cultures and departments along the way. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and ideally you hold a Master's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. You are a clear communicator and have the maturity to influence decision‑making at the board level. You're a master of management control, investment appraisal, and valuation. You don't just use existing tools, you're a "master tool‑maker" who can build scalable solutions from scratch. You're comfortable working with large, complex datasets and the tools that manage them. You can navigate high volumes of data efficiently and turn them into reliable, decision‑ready outputs. You collaborate closely with Data Analysts to ensure our information flows are seamless and our outputs are strategic. You have a hands‑on, inquisitive attitude. You're quick to spot risks and opportunities, and you're comfortable taking full ownership of complex projects with a high degree of autonomy. You are fluent in English. Additional European languages are considered a plus. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for the energy transition. You want your work to mean something and are excited to help Fastned grow.
