Job summary

Fastned UK Limited is seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to act as a strategic partner across Europe, transforming data into actionable guidance for Directors and the Supervisory Board. You will develop robust financial models, drive budgeting, and support high-stakes investment decisions in a fast-growing, international context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar FP&A/finance role
• Bachelor/Master level finance education
• Strong communication and board-level influencing skills
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner, analyzing KPIs and dashboards to guide managers toward goals
• Build three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and investment decisions
• Own budgeting: track opex and capex across Europe and align estimates with business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and scalable processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product & engineering) on financial inputs
• Support quarterly/annual IFRS reporting and engage with Audit Committee on finance topics
