Fastned UK Limited is seeking a Senior Business Controller to act as a strategic partner, turning complex data into actionable guidance for Directors and the Supervisory Board. You’ll partner with European teams, ensuring disciplined financial performance and scalable processes to support rapid growth.

You will build three-statement models, lead budgeting across Europe, and contribute to IFRS reporting. Excellent English, strong accounting knowledge, and a passion for energy transition are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance/controller role.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Fluent in English with ability to influence board-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner by analyzing KPIs and dashboards to advise Business Managers.
• Forecast via three-statement financial models and scenario analyses.
• Own opex and capex budgeting across Europe.
• Identify growth opportunities and streamline financial processes for scalability.
• Collaborate on cross-border projects across commercial, operations, marketing, and product teams.
• Support quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and engage with the Audit Committee.
• Apply accounting, tax and treasury knowledge as a strong asset.
