Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Founding GTM Engineering Lead for GrowthBricks. You will build GTM systems from the ground up, work hands-on with customers, and shape the product alongside the founding team.

You’ll define how automation, enrichment, and AI-driven workflows integrate with existing GTM stacks and partner tools. You will own early customer implementations, translate needs into scalable solutions, and influence product direction while collaborating across engineering, sales, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• Strong practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
• Experience building sales automation and signal-based GTM systems.
• Hands-on with GTM tools such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
• Experience integrating multiple systems via APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, data, and bottlenecks.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
• Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence, enrichment, and CRM automation.
• Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack, not rebuild it.
• Identify patterns across customers and turn into reusable product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product founder and engineers to shape GrowthBricks and ship features.
