Job summary
JetBrains is seeking a Founding GTM Engineering Lead to help build GrowthBricks, turning GTM problems into working systems and shaping the product from day one. You’ll own early customer implementations, work directly with clients to map GTM workflows, and collaborate with the founding team to turn insights into scalable capabilities.
You’ll design and ship signal pipelines, enrichment and qualification workflows, CRM automation, and agentic processes using modern GTM tooling.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
- Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, and signal-based GTM systems.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
- Experience connecting multiple systems via APIs, webhooks, or integrations.
Responsibilities
- Understand GTM workflows for customers and bottlenecks.
- Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
- Build signal pipelines, account intelligence, and enrichment workflows.
- Connect GrowthBricks to customers' existing GTM stack.
- Shape GrowthBricks features with founders and engineers.
