Insify, based in Amsterdam, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a new European market. You’ll be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs, guiding them through onboarding and insurance policies with clarity and care.

You’ll respond to questions via phone, email, and chat, help customers get insured within two minutes, and feed back patterns to the team to improve the product for that market. This is a hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Organized and able to switch between tasks without missing deadlines.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to help even when not straightforward.
• Entrepreneurial by nature, thrives in a scale-up with evolving processes.
• Willing to obtain a relevant certification; company supports and guides you.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via phone, email, and chat, explaining complex policies clearly.
• Guide new customers through onboarding so they’re insured within 2 minutes.
• Spot patterns and flag common questions to help improve the product for that market.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data, process policy changes, and track deadlines.
