Job summary

Insify is scaling its Insurance Platform to support multi-country product launches and live policies. You’ll lead a team of 30+ engineers, shaping platform abstractions to enable rapid product and country onboarding across Europe.

We expect 5+ years building complex web apps, strong domain-driven design, and a passion for reusable architecture. This hybrid role anchors in Amsterdam with modern tooling including TypeScript and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the Insurance Platform team and own the end-to-end scope of what is shipped.
• Turn product demands into scalable platform capabilities that work across countries and product lines.
• Collaborate with claims, activation, product and engineering to deliver cohesive platform ownership.
