Corgi Insurance Inc. is building a Dutch book and seeks an Account Executive to close founders and finance leads across the Netherlands. You will work with a BDR team, handle discovery, coordinate with underwriting, and move opportunities from quote to bind.

The role is on-site with initial placement in Dublin, then Amsterdam after 3 months; you will own the full cycle from discovery to renewal, including Dutch contract writing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years selling B2B, ideally in insurance or regulated product.
• Proven track record closing B2B deals in volume.
• Experience in commercial insurance sales, at carrier, MGA, broker, or insurtech.
• Comfortable with technical discussions: coverage wordings, exclusions, limits, claims history.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high ownership with low drama.
• Native Dutch and professional English; Dutch law requires Dutch contract.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management: take qualified meetings from BDRs and drive end-to-end to bind.
• Discovery and underwriting partnership to build win-ready quotes.
• Closing: negotiate terms and date; bind policy in Dutch.
• Account ownership through onboarding, first claim, and renewal.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to product, underwriting, and BDRs.
