INSHUR in the Netherlands is hiring an Insurance Operations Associate to evolve from front-line support to driving product launches and operational efficiency across European operations. This role reports to the Netherlands Director and is 100% remote within the Netherlands, with occasional visits to the Brighton, UK office for team activities.

• Fluent in Dutch and English to communicate with local partners and global team.
• Core knowledge of insurance policies (conditions, exclusions, schedules).
• High level of autonomy and proactive problem solving.
• Awareness of how AI can aid day-to-day tasks and decision making.
• Adaptability to a scale-up environment with shifting duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist in rolling out new commercial insurance products and pricing revamps.
• Manage the complaints register and ensure timelines meet Dutch regulations.
• Prepare materials for monthly partner meetings and capacity provider updates.
• Take ownership of broker and customer inquiries through year end.
• Prepare data for internal audits and support cross-team collaboration.
