Job summary

Billy Grace in Amsterdam is seeking a Founding BDR to own the Benelux top of funnel, open the right conversations, and generate qualified pipeline that our commercial team can convert into revenue.

You’ll run high-volume outbound sequences across calls, email, video, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects through discovery, and hand strong opportunities to Account Managers while you track progress and optimize messaging.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound BDR/SDR role in SaaS/tech
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with sequencing tools and CRM
• Ability to handle objections and uncover real needs
• Self-starter with ownership of performance and numbers
• Knowledge of the Benelux market is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting for the Benelux market
• Research and target the right brands
• Run high-volume, high-quality sequences across phone, video, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects through discovery to ensure fit before booking meetings
• Pass qualified opportunities to Account Managers and ensure follow-through to pipeline
